Oakfield Tennis and Bowling Club was founded in 1911 and is still situated at its original site on Beechfield Road, off Birkby Hall Road, Huddersfield. The club has three tennis courts, two carpeted and one painted tarmac, plus a bowling green. (Coming soon - additional singles court/practice area next to tarmac court!)

Oakfield’s well-maintained facilities and friendly atmosphere have helped the club to flourish over recent years, and we now boast over 200 members. Very reasonable membership rates and visitors’ fees ensure that our facilities are very accessible to the whole local community as well as those from further afield.

How to find us:

Coming down Birkby Hall Road from the Cavalry Arms junction, turn left into Ashfield Road or Elmfield Road just after the Nuffield Hospital.
